All of our services are provided in the following methods:
- Break/Fix - we perform the work, and bill you per hour at the end of the month
- Time Blocks - work done by us is deducted from a set number of hours per month at a discounted rate
- Dollar Blocks - work done by us is deducted from a set budget per month
- Managed Services - work done by us is covered under a service contract for a set fee per month

We are big supporters of virtualization (specifically, x86 virtualization), and manage a number of production and experimental environments. The long term requirements and goals are also considered, as some projects may be suitable for the short term, but aren't the right choice for the long term.
