Do you have a computer at home?

If you do, you may take advantage of our corporate-level technical expertise and put it to use for your home computers and small networks. Home computing is very similar to business computing – the problems are the same, just on a smaller scale and a tighter budget.

You can come to us, or we can go to you. If we go to your home you will be charged a minimum of one hour. We can also collect your computer from your workplace, and return it there, during our regular visits. We will send you a bill after the work is complete, or process a credit card payment on the spot.

Prior to commencing the job we will provide you with a quote on parts and services. Following the job we provide a detailed written report on the work carried out, so you know what has been done. We also treat your sensitive and confidential data appropriately.

If you bring the computer to us (or we collect it from you), we will create a complete backup of your system before proceeding further. This task can be very time consuming, therefore it is not always possible when at your home, and you if you want to wait in our office you will be pretty bored.

The following services are available to employees of our clients, and their family and friends, at discounted rates.

Professional IT service at such a cheap rate sounds great. Is there a catch?

Yes, there are two small catches:

1. You must be a private user, and not using the computer for business. This is for legal reasons. We WILL spot the difference!
2. We are first and foremost an IT service provider for businesses, and our business clients come first. We can offer our professional IT services at a reduced rate for private users because we schedule private jobs in between business jobs. This isn’t as bad as it may sound. We often work remotely for our business clients and therefore can multitask in our office, and often there are no high priority jobs to tend to each week because we’re really good at what we do. There may be a delay or two, but remember that you’re getting professional business-grade IT services at below half price.
