The more detail you can provide us, the faster we can resolve an issue. Screenshots are even better!

If you’re running Windows 7, you can use a handy tool called Snipping Tool to capture an area of your screen and save it to file. You can then attach that file to the support form to the left, or attach it to an email.

To run Snipping Tool, open your start menu and type snip into the search box, then hit enter.
